Denoisely provides an online audio and video noise removal service. Users can upload audio or video files, process them using AI-powered noise removal, and download the cleaned files.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree that:

• You have the right to upload and process the files you submit.
• You will not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You will not attempt to abuse, overload, or circumvent the Service.

4. Pricing and Payments

Free features are provided without charge. Paid features are billed as described on the pricing page. All payments are processed through Stripe. Prices may change with notice.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans. Single export purchases are non-refundable once the file has been downloaded.

6. File Handling and Privacy

Uploaded files are processed securely and automatically deleted according to your plan: 24 hours (free), 7 days (pay-per-use), or 30 days (subscribers). See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
