To send transactional emails (receipts, status updates).

3. File Handling

Your files are:

Encrypted during upload (TLS) and at rest.
Processed on secure servers in isolated environments.
Never accessed by staff unless required for technical support with your permission.
Never used for AI training or any purpose beyond your requested processing.
Automatically deleted: 24 hours (free users), 7 days (pay-per-use), 30 days (subscribers).

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share information only with:

Stripe: For payment processing.
Cloud providers: For file storage and processing (Cloudflare, AWS).
Analytics: Anonymous usage data via PostHog.
